Are customers notified when the app submit tracking?

  • Yes, you can send an email notification to the buyer via PayPal support email. The email contains the tracking information uploaded.
  • Please turn on Notify Buyer on our app by following these steps: Go to Settings > Paypal settings > Notify buyer
  • Note that the email was sent from the PayPal support email. Our app doesn't handle the content of the notification email
