πŸ—ΊοΈHow to add an "Ignore Sync" rule?

If you want to skip syncing specific tracking numbers or tracking information from certain couriers according to your preferences, then the "Ignore Sync" feature is for you.

How does the "Ignore Sync" feature work?

Synctrack will automatically skip syncing the tracking information that matches the rules you have set up for future orders.

You can skip syncing for:

  • Courier name (e.g. Yunexpress,...)

  • Courier name starts with (e.g. Yun,...)

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking number starts with

Note: For fulfilled orders that cannot be synced due to the filter rules, Synctrack will not get the tracking information from Shopify and will mark those orders as β€œNo tracking number”.

How to use this feature?

Step 1: Go to the "Settings" tab and select "Ignore Sync".

Step 2: Click on the "Add ignore rule" button to add a new rule.

Step 3: Select the criteria that you want to apply the rule to. Enter the corresponding value and click "Save"

All future orders will be skipped syncing if matched with any of the rules you created after following the 3 simple steps above.
